Latcharter
Latcharter operates under own AOC which is a JAA approved airline with an AOC in compliance with JAR OPS 1. We currently operate two Airbus 320-200 under the Latcharter Air Operator Certificate. Latcharter is a fully owned subsidiary of Loftleiðir Icelandic who belong to the Icelandair Group.
Loftleidir Icelandic acquire 55% share in latvian charter operator Latcharter
Loftleidir Icelandic, the charter and ACMI-marketing subsidiary of the Icelandair Group, has bought majority of the shares in the Latvian charter operator Latcharter Airlines and committed to acquire the remaining shares in the future.

Loftleidir-Icelandic, the charter and ACMI-marketing arm of the Icelandair Group, and Latcharter Airlines of Latvia have agreed to enter a close co-operation in the field of charter and ACMI operations.
